SignalRadarAI ("we", "us", or "our") helps founders discover customer opportunities on Reddit using AI-assisted scanning and reply suggestions. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have when you use our website and product (the "Service").
Account information. When you sign up, we collect your email address and basic profile information from your authentication provider (Google, GitHub, or email and password via Supabase Auth).
Product and project data. When you create a project, we store the product name, description, target audience, website, keywords, competitors, and subreddit scan targets you provide or that we generate with AI.
Reddit and opportunity data. We store public Reddit posts and metadata retrieved through our data collection pipeline, along with AI-generated summaries, intent scores, reply drafts, and your feedback (for example, whether an opportunity was useful).
Usage and technical data. We log AI usage (model, tokens, latency), scan runs, and basic operational events to run the Service, enforce rate limits, and improve reliability. We may also collect standard web analytics and error reports.
Contact form submissions. If you use our contact form, we collect the name, email, category, and message you provide so we can respond to your request.
Live chat messages. If you use our website chat widget (powered by Chatwoot), we collect the name, email, and message content you provide in the conversation, along with basic technical data such as browser type and IP address needed to deliver the chat service.

We do not automatically post replies to Reddit on your behalf. You choose what to send and publish manually.
If you have an account, we may send you a daily email digest summarizing your best new Reddit opportunities (typically one email per day when there are new leads to share). These messages are part of delivering the Service, not separate marketing newsletters.
We may also send transactional emails related to your account, such as password reset messages through our authentication provider.
Every digest includes an unsubscribe link. You can also turn digests back on from your dashboard after signing in. Unsubscribing from digests does not delete your account.

We retain your account and project data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. You may request deletion of your account by contacting us. Some data may be retained as required for legal, security, or operational purposes.
We use industry-standard measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections, access controls, and authenticated server-side operations. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
You can update project settings, sign out, or stop using the Service at any time. If you use OAuth providers, you can also manage app access from your Google or GitHub account settings.

The Service is not intended for users under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
